DR. VESNA VUKELIC
FOUNDER & OWNER
Dr. Vesna Lach-Vukelic has founded TAC Physiotherapy Inc. back in 1993. Vesna is a medical doctor with specialization in pediatrics from Croatia. Along the way, she finished an Acupuncture programme in Croatia before coming to Canada. When just opened the clinic was offering primarily acupuncture, hence the name TAC (Traditional Acupuncture Clinic) but short after physiotherapy and massage services were offered. Therefore the name has changed to TAC Physiotherapy Inc. as physiotherapy became the primary service. Today Vesna is semi-retired, but still overseeing all aspects of the clinic.

DARKO VUKELIC
OWNER
Darko has been the owner of TAC Physiotherapy since 2009. He graduated in 2009 with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen Margaret University (Edinburgh, Scotland) and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2004 from the University of Applied Health Studies (Zagreb, Croatia). Since graduating Darko has taken a variety of continuing education courses including Caltenborn (Parts 1 to 6), Mulligan (all quadrants), McKenzie Institute (Part A and B). Darko is continually thinking of new and innovative ideas for achieving optimal results for our clients.

DARKO VONDRUS
MANAGER
Darko joined TAC Physiotherapy in January 2000 as a physiotherapy assistant. In 2012 he was promoted to clinic manager. He has background education in nursing and massage therapy. Darko applies his vast skill set on a daily basis as he ensures the clinic is running smoothly and the clients enjoy a pleasant experience. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family as well as playing and watching soccer, tennis, hockey and baseball.

COURTNEY CONWAY
REGISTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Courtney joined TAC Physiotherapy in December 2013. She graduated from McMaster University with a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy in 2012. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Western University. Courtney continues to expand her practice skills, she has completed Level 1 of the Manual Therapy Certification and is certified in acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute and she has also recently completed Part A in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy from the McKenzie Institute. Courtney has a strong interest in athletics and fitness and enjoys dance, running, skiing and spinning.

YAN NOVAK
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Yan joined TAC Physiotherapy in September 2007. Prior to his arrival in Canada, Yan practiced as a Massage Therapist for 8 years in his native Russia, at The National Hospital of Kyrgyz, where he specialized in both Massage and Hydrotherapy Techniques of Orthopaedic injuries. To further enhance his exceptional clinical and diagnostic skills, Yan continued his training in Canada, receiving his Diploma in Massage Therapy from ICT Kikkawa College in 2007, with a special interest and qualifications in Myofacial Assessment of Postural Dysfunction, Sport Massage, and Active Release Technique (ART).

TETYANA YURKINA
REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Tetyana joined TAC Physiotherapy in December 2013. She graduated from the Massage Therapy Diploma program at Kikkawa College in 2011. She has more than three years of experience as a massage therapist, and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Prior to attending Kikkawa, she graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She uses different types of Swedish, Sports, and Deep tissue techniques such as Petrissage, Mobilizations, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point therapy to treat various muscular conditions and help restore and maintain normal body function and movement.

Dr. Rina Delon
DC
Dr. Rina Delon completed her honours in bachelor of life science degree from University of Toronto in 2009 with a double minor in psychology and anthropology. Her passion into diversified holistic healthcare led her into the doctorate field of Chiropractic where she's excelled in the art of diversified treatment towards pain management and optimal patient well-being.

Willem van Rijk
Registered Physiotherapist
Willem graduated Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2014. Prior to this he worked in massage and developing training programs for athletes. Willem has provided physiotherapy for national level athletes in touch rugby and jiujitsu. He is always seeking to advance his qualifications and experience. Willem likes to use a hands-on approach to treatment. Outside work Willem likes camping, travel and sports.
